Amyn is focused on growing the company's leadership position as a premium provider of data connectivity solutions to many of the world's leading software companies. Amyn's responsibilities include ensuring 100% customer satisfaction, driving business development, attracting and managing human resources and facilitating the pursuit of Simba's strategic opportunities. He brings more than 19 years software industry experience to Simba. Amyn was a software consultant to Microsoft® Corporation where he worked on developing IIS, and to Adobe® Systems where he worked on developing a multi-media database engine called FETCH and Adobe PageMaker®. Prior to this, he worked for Hong Kong Bank of Canada to develop global electronic banking software, serving a portion of his tenure therein based in Hong Kong. Amyn holds a Bachelor of Science degree in computer science from Simon Fraser University.

Suzanne is the key revenue driver for Simba Technologies. She has over 20 years of successful Business Intelligence and Data Warehousing software sales, and 10 years in a senior management capacity working with both direct and indirect sales teams. Suzanne is passionate about helping companies solve their real-world business challenges that start with data access and data analysis through to making the right business decisions. Most recently, she was the VP Sales and Marketing with Star Analytics and has worked with HyperRoll, Hyperion and Arbor Software who are now part of Oracle, as well as Metaphor, SPSS, Applix and Cognos who are now part of IBM. She is a frequent speaker with WITI, as a part of their Global Executive Network, and a Board member for the Hyperion SIG of the Oracle Applications Users Group. She is an avid skier and runs a children’s ski and snowboard program at Wilmot, Mt. in WI. She is a graduate of Smith College and attended the University of Chicago Executive Program.
Director of Product Management
Russ Tront is Director of Product Management at Simba Technologies. Russ has had a 25 year career in software development, hardware/software project management and software engineering education. He has previously worked as a project leader at Glenayre Electronics, Director of Engineering at Incognito Software, as an internal software engineering education program manager at Electronic Arts, and as a senior lecturer at Simon Fraser University. His current focus is future requirements of Simba’s excellent OLAP provider and ODBC driver technologies. These encompass both retail products and Software Development Kits (SDKs) for connecting business applications to multi-dimensional and relational data sources. Russ' other interests include aviation, and he's worked as a commercial pilot in both western and northern Canada.
Director of Marketing
Jay is focused on planning and executing Simba's marketing and communications initiatives. He brings to Simba over 12 years marketing and communications experience from agency and corporate environments. Before joining Simba, Jay was part of the management team of NetNation Communications, Inc. and its subsidiaries, where he held the position of Marketing Manager responsible for the company's global marketing efforts, and later head of Corporate Communications and Corporate Development. Before NetNation, Jay worked in social marketing and strategic communications agencies on accounts within the biotech, health, publishing and learning sectors.
