We’re currently seeking experienced C++ software developers to join our team.
Required Qualifications:
- B.Sc. in Computer Science or equivalent
- Proficiency in C and C++ programming with a minimum of one year full time experience, where C++ was the primary programming language
- 1 - 3 years experience as a software developer
- Good command of English with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Flexibility to work on different types of software development, as needed
- Object-oriented design and programming skills
- Experience with UML (Class Diagrams and Sequence Diagrams)
- Relational database design skills
- Multi-dimensional/OLAP database design skills
- Passion to learn
- Drive to succeed

- Software design experience
- Knowledge of software engineering practices and quality processes
- Experience with the Visual Studio development environment

We're looking for a junior Software QA Engineer to join our growing team. The Software QA Engineer is a recent B.Sc. Computer Science or Software Engineering graduate who enjoys working with the latest technologies in a fast-paced software development environment. They have a working knowledge of the core technologies of Microsoft Windows, Unix and Linux operating systems. A familiarity with relational and multi-dimensional databases, and data connectivity technologies like SQL and MDX is ideal. The successful candidate has experience programming in C++, C#, Java and scripting languages, and enjoys debugging and trouble-shooting defects in widely distributed systems.
The successful candidate is very detailed-oriented, has a methodical approach to analyzing and defining problems, and is able to communicate their ideas effectively. They are very disciplined and self-organized, and are eager to learn about and master new tools and technologies.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain test cases from requirements
- Execute automated and manual tests on a wide variety of software products
- Analyze, characterize and report defects
- Document test results and create test certificate reports
- Set up and maintain test environments
Required Skills and Experience:
- B.Sc. in Computer Science or equivalent
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Good understanding of software quality processes and tools
- Working understanding of core technologies of Windows, Unix and Linux
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Experience in C++, C#, Java and scripting programming languages
Assets:
- Experience with relational and multi-dimensional databases
- Participation in a co-op program at their school or equivalent experience
- Experience working on simultaneous projects spanning different domains
